I was intrigued to see the following infographic about recruiting on Facebook. Clearly Facebook has massive reach; but is it a tool that candidates would be happy to use for job searching purposes?
Perhaps it's moving in that direction. The fact that 1 in 5 jobseekers added professional information to their Facebook profiles this last year will certainly be an intriguing trend to watch.
