Based on interviews with 3,300 people, the results show the importance that passive candidates attach to things like having an impact in their careers, cultural fit and the challenge of their work. As LinkedIn's 3 tips at the end of the infographic allude to, this means you may need to pull different levers when seeking to attract this type of talent.
(Afterthought - just seen interesting data from Manpower too, on what makes people leave their jobs. Whilst not passive candidate specific, it also shows that money is rarely the determining factor in what causes people to change role. See:
