Matt Alder is one of the most respected commentators in the recruiting market. In this 10 minute video he shares fascinating insights about best practice in the recruitment space and how recruiters need to evolve their processes and strategies.

I credit Matt Alder with piquing my interest in social media and the ways in which it would come to transform the recruiting landscape. That was several years ago, when Matt was Head of Interactive Media & Strategic Planning at TMP Worldwide and then Head of Digital at Penna Barkers.

Since then he's gone on to become one of the leading figures educating recruiters on how to adapt to new technologies - advising on topics like mobile recruiting and hiring via social media. In the following 10 minute video Matt shares insights that will be of tremendous value to any recruiters i) trying to leverage social media, ii) wanting to be more candidate focused and iii) recognising the need to embrace mobile recruiting.
